We prepare revised planning drawings by editing and building upon your existing survey or property plans.
To prepare accurate planning documents, we ask clients to provide as much existing property information as possible, including legal surveys, building location surveys, existing site plans, architectural drawings, and municipal comments.
Urbanity Planning does not perform legal land surveying. Existing surveys remain the property and responsibility of the Ontario Land Surveyor who prepared them. Our role is to revise and prepare planning drawings suitable for municipal planning applications.
Review of applicable zoning regulations, potential variances, and planning considerations.
Preparation of a revised site plan using your existing survey or approved property drawings.
Planning justification addressing applicable policy, zoning provisions, and requested relief.
Review of staff comments and preparation guidance for your Committee of Adjustment hearing.
Projects requiring extensive drafting, multiple design revisions, missing dimensions, or significant drawing updates beyond the original scope may require additional drafting time.
Additional drafting is billed at $95 per hour.
